I think zumba is fun but it is more on “show of” rather than fitness. one zumba student attend a classic hi-lo dance can not even do basic pendullum properly. Maybe because she got stock with zumba pre-choreograph moves which she memorized.
i went to my first Zumba class yesterday and had so much fun!!! im gonna sign up next tuesday and become a regular member! its a really big work out! i love it!
