do 4 mins 1st. (for 3 days do that only) dont over do if u overdo ur body hurts alot and even the next day u wont feel like 2 do it sinceit hurts alot. (PATIENCE AND BODY fat also matters for this)

i had a nice 6 pack, then one of my upper ab turned wide and flat all of the sudden.
others are perfectly fine.
what does this mean?
A combination of cardio and diet to lose weight, or if cardio is not your thing, then a combination of diet and ab training and or weight training will work . Diet is key.
this ab exercises dont make u lose weight or fat they build abdominal muscle so anybody that wants to do this cuz they want to lose weight its not gonna happen u have to do cardio to lose weight not ab exercises

i made 4 pack for 4 months with this exercise and i was way overweight, so I guess, that there will be no prob for u to make it for 2 months
if i do this 2 times a day for 2 months will i have a sixpack. . . . . i am not overweight and i do intense cardio for 30 minutes every day
