    not super quick. it takes determination. more pain, more gain. pain as in yes, your muscles will burn during the workout and continue to burn during it. and it will definetly work. no doubt.

    I would recommend doing it every other night. Like all of your muscles, your abs need time to recover. If not the muscle growth will be bad.

    im 13 and im gonna start to do this exercise every night. I’ve already got a flat stomach and my 6 pack is kinda starting to show I just want u to be able to see it clearly and have a hard stomach : P

    Been doing this for some time now, great results esp. in the uper area of my abs. Exercise hurts like hell tough at some points but more then worth it

    when doing this workout you always want to flex your stomach while doing the ab workouts and dont forget to breathe. you get way better results when flexing your stomach. also you never want to do just one ab workout; its better if you mix it up because if you stay with just simple crunches you will not gain as much muscle in your abs. subscribe if you want more about abs

    yes protein is good to eat like bananas but dont eat?drink protien till your at least 16 and start out by eating meats and if u do work out at the nevr do it constantly do it one day take a break do another take a break ect. . . seat meats without fat and do bout 100 crunches a night and you will see progression and do a little bit more as you keep on doin it k? hope i helped and btw im 14
