The video is labeled AB WORKOUT, and clearly the author has failed to demonstrate she has any knowledge on how to get defined abs. If you want to slim down go run. This exercise will get you nowhere.

I KNOW I KNOW, ppl r going 2 dismiss what Im saying thinking that Im a “nobody” & that she “MUST KNOW” what she’s doing, blah blah. But ask ANY Doctor or Phsycial Therapist about these exercises & they will tell you to STEER CLEAR of them. They r injuries waiting 2happen! Maybe not today or 2morrow, but it WILL likely happen. Theres more efficient ways to get even better results.

you cant spot train abs and expect a 6 pack, you gotta diet the fat on top of them away. .

the only problem with the abs exercises is the fact that she is too fast for beginners. . in other videos she is not this fast.
It is not fair, it is allot easier to get and stay in shape as a female than it is for a male.
